As the government shutdown threatens SNAP benefits, some in our community are facing food insecurity. We're working to make sure two of our local resource centers—St. Vincent de Paul and Shelby Elementary—have everything they need to support our community.

On Sunday, Nov 9, 16, and 23, you can help out by bringing these items to church. We'll collect and then donate to these resource centers.

• canned chicken
• canned fruit
• canned vegetables
• peanut butter
• shelf milk
• cereal
• pasta
• children’s gloves

You're also welcome to drop items off at the church office (1303 S Shelby St) during the week, Monday–Thursday, 9am–3pm.
